Ticket Sale Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are binding upon the ticket purchaser and any ticket holder.
2. Ticket Usage
Tickets are issued to the individual whose name is attached at the time of purchase. The ticket is strictly non-transferable without prior authorization.
Entry will only be granted to the person named on the ticket. Identification may be required at the venue to verify the ticket holder's identity.
3. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in your personal circumstances, illness, or any other events outside of our control.
Ticket Refunds are offered to Pre-Sale tickets ONLY Prior to confirmed dates of the event.
Refunds will be available for 4 weeks from the confirmation and release of those dates.
After 4 weeks the tickets will be subject to a no refund policy.
In the unlikely event of event cancellation or significant changes by the organizer, any refund policies will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
4. Ticket Resale
Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited unless prior permission is obtained from the event organizers.
If resale is permitted, the original ticket must be surrendered to the organizers, along with proof of sale. A new ticket will then be issued in the name of the new ticket holder.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse to reissue a ticket or to void any ticket resold without authorization.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event details, including but not limited to the date, time, location, or lineup. In such cases, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
If the event is canceled, the organizers will communicate any available refund or rescheduling options directly to ticket holders
6. Liability
The organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the event, except where such liability is legally imposed.
The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
7. Compliance
All ticket holders must comply with the event's code of conduct, venue rules, and any instructions given by event staff.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the ticket holder being ejected from the event without a refund.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
9. Amendments
The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
Payment Plan Agreement
By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on or before the due dates outlined in the payment plan schedule.
Cancellation of Payment Plan
You may cancel your payment plan at any time. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to cancellation.
Once canceled, the payment plan cannot be restarted unless expressly approved by the event organizers.
Communication with Organizers
If you wish to make any changes to your payment plan, you must communicate directly with the event organizers.
Failure to notify the organizers may result in the cancellation of your ticket without a refund, and your ticket may be forfeited.
Non-Payment or Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment is missed or not made on time, the organizers reserve the right to cancel your payment plan and void your ticket. No refunds will be provided for any payments already made.
If you have missed payments but wish to continue your payment plan please reach out.
If 3 payments in a row have been missed your ticket will automatically be cancelled without refund.
Final Payment and Ticket Issuance
The final payment must be received by the specified deadline in order for your ticket to be issued. Tickets will not be released until the payment plan is paid in full.
Modifications to Payment Plan
Any changes to the payment plan, including extensions or adjustments to payment dates, must be approved in writing by the event organizers.
No Transfer of Payment Plans
Payment plans are non-transferable. The plan is tied to the individual who initiated it, and all payments must be made by that individual.
Ticket agreement to T’s & C’s
Prior to the purchase of your ticket you will be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions. If you select NO, and continue to purchase a ticket you will be given 3 days to request a refund, a full refund will be given minus stripe admin fees of 2.7%.
After 3 days cooling off, your ticket will become subject to the Terms & Conditions by default.
